I get to hang out and be a person again!
Anyways, my commitment to blogging has been a bit modified, i've went the low commit route and have been twittering like a mofo.

I'm going to be moving my blog to thejansen.com but probably RSSing it back into xanga for distribution purposes!

On at side note
Citrix has been consuming most of my free time. Who knows when it'll end. It's an adventure that has no foreseeable end right now.

Hey everyone, i just though i'd give some feedback on an iphone app i just downloaded and you can download too for non iphone devices!
It's called Fring
it's not just a chat (msn, yahoo, gtalk and icq) client, but it's also a VOIP/SIP client so you can make calls to a SIP provider (voip long distance like vonage) from you phone. It also supports twitter and skype!
You can use your data plan to make calls to people with fring on their phones for free. Doesn't matter where they are and call quality is friggin awesome!
You can also make calls to the gtalk clients, and probably others, haven't checked those other features yet.

So if you're looking for a good mobile chat and VOIP client this is it!

it's not enabled yet...

Oh sweetness!
I get to work with terminal services Remote App this week. It's an awesome alternative to Citrix in certain instances and the best part is.. It's free with server 2008.

Now on to more fun things...
I haven't had a night of grandeur partying in a while and thought it could be time.

This could be the keyboard of my dreams....

Just got an iphone the other day, 3G.... Not as fast as I thought. Nations most reliable network? I've dropped maybe 2-3 calls this year on my telus phone. Iphone I've dropped 3 calls in the week i've had it so far!
Apps are a plenty and stable, phone OS is pretty snappy and the UI is slick!

Wow, it really has been a while since I've blogged
Lots of random travels in the last couple of months. London, Tokyo, Chicago and now just wrapping up here in Fremont. It's too bad I didn't really get a chance to check out the bay area, it's so nice!
For all you people that are also on the road, give me a shout. Perhaps we can have some random weekend excursions!!! We all know how fun those are!
Woo hoo, PS3 when I get back (pending the arrival of my gift certs, compliments of RBC visa points, 4 years in the savings!!). I can't wait to play rockband!!!! How insane is that game!!
